  • Be able to acquire the right contact information to call and send in the information to the right department the first time without spending hours on the phone trying to get to the right person.
  • Be able to request upfront the BPO is ordered ASAP and to get it assigned to a short sale negotiator without an offer so we don't lose time in getting the proper evaluation done. Being Proactive is very important.
  • Have a system that allows efficient processing of short sales through a portal that both agents and homeowners can use easily and be held accountable to the banks.
  • Help the banks create a consistency in every file that gets submitted and accountability with agents to follow protocol through education.
  • Have the ability for banks to education NASSP on their policies and procedures so we can in turn education agents and homeowners on how to consistently follow banking guidelines and procedures presented by the banks on a national basis. Creating Uniformity.

  • Giving Asset Managers the ability to log onto the site and find agents to assign bank directed short sales to and with assigning BPOS or REO through the portal as well.
